WINTER 2011/2012: Villanova is open!

Villanova is open and we are taking reservations despite the flooding in our beloved Cinque Terre area late October 2011.

We are open for business and ask you to support Levanto in the easiest way, keep visiting us. Your support and your stay can help our local economy.

All the accommodations are completely available to our guests at Villanova, however our agricultural business sustained some damage. Only a few areas of Cinque Terre are temporarily closed to visitors, yet Levanto and many other sights are open.

A few days of vacation for you and your family can really help to keep Villanova and the local economy recovering back into one of the most appreciated tourist areas in the world. PLEASE COME VISIT US. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT

CHECK IN: 4.00 pm - 7.00 pm (arrival after the check in time is acceptable only for unexpected reasons or if previously agreed upon. The guest has anyway to notify us in advance by calling the number 0187 802517 or 339 8541917, otherwise the accommodation and the reception service are not guaranteed).

AIM OF THE PERSONAL DATA’S HANDLING “Agriturismo Villanova” guarantees the personal data’s protection (art. 7 of D.LGS. n. 196/’03), as results from the following statement. The personal data is handled with the aim to offer the services described on this site in a reasonable manner by the company Agriturismo Villanova. OWNERS AND MODES OF THE DATA’S TREATMENT Agriturismo Villanova – village Villanova 19015 Levanto (La Spezia) is represented by Giancarlo Massola as the treatment’s owner, and it collects and treats your personal data, which is supplied during the current registration as well as during the eventual request for specific services, which might be requested in written, automatic or telematic form, with the aim to supply the services described on the site. Agriturismo Villanova has employed a staff who is responsible for the data’s treatment, and the company guarantees that the personal data will be treated with the maximum secrecy and security, and that all statutory norms and safety measures of the company are abided. The treatment’s owner, and depending on the requested service the responsible staff, keep trace (LOG) of the connections/navigations which are carried out by you in order to answer to eventual requests by legal authorities or other public institutions which are entitled to request these traces. CONSEQUENCES OF EVENTUALLY MISSING DATA AND A MISSING CONSENT TO THE DATA’S TREATMENT The supply of your personal data is always facultative, however, if the data indicated as “obligatory” in the following form or in all other following modules, is missing, the service or part of it will not be carried out, and you will not be able to make use of the opportunities indicated above. If you supply the data which is not indicated as “obligatory”, after having given an eventual legal statement of agreement, you will have the possibility of using specific services for which this data is indicated as “obligatory”. In this way we avoid that a client is continuously asked for additional information if he requests a new service. If this data is missing, the services which request this data, will not be supplied. PERSONS WHO MIGHT TAKE NOTE OF YOUR DATA The data which is collected during the current registration might be treated by those who will be responsible for carrying out the various services, and by the staff who is responsible for the data’s treatment. The present information might be completed by further information depending on the requested service. PERSONS IN ITALY TO WHOM YOUR PERSONAL DATA MIGHT BE COMMUNICATED The personal data might be forwarded to third parties, in order to fulfil laws, in order to respect the orders of public authorities, and in order to enforce a right in front of a legal authority.
